Care & Responsibility Disclosure

Handcrafted & Fragile:
Each Valeria Wicker stoneware figure is individually handcrafted and is intended primarily as a decorative art piece. Because of the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variations, imperfections, and differences in color, texture, and finish are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping & Handling:
Ceramic figures are fragile and may be damaged if dropped, mishandled, or subjected to excessive impact. Each piece is carefully packaged for shipping; however, once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Valeria Wicker cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from mishandling, dropping, crushing, or other circumstances occurring during transit. Please inspect your package and artwork carefully upon arrival and retain all original packaging if damage has occurred.

Breakage & Injury Hazard:
Broken or damaged ceramic pieces may have sharp edges or small fragments that can cause cuts or other injuries. Keep broken pieces away from children and pets and handle them with appropriate care.

Choking Hazard:
Some figures may contain small or detachable components or may create small fragments if broken. These pieces may present a choking hazard and are not intended to be used as children's toys. Keep all ceramic artwork and small pieces away from young children and pets.

Outdoor Use & Environmental Exposure:
These figures are intended for indoor decorative use unless otherwise specifically stated. Prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or significant temperature changes may damage the ceramic, finishes, decorative elements, or structural integrity of the piece. Outdoor placement is at the owner's discretion and risk.

Care:
Handle your figure gently and place it on a stable, secure surface away from edges where it could be knocked over. Avoid dropping, throwing, or subjecting the piece to impact. Do not use as a functional food, drink, or cooking vessel unless specifically designated for that purpose.

By purchasing a Valeria Wicker stoneware figure, the buyer acknowledges that this is a handcrafted, fragile ceramic artwork and accepts responsibility for its proper handling, placement, care, and use after delivery.
